Sim unable to perform scene for tips

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.72.28.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For the acting aspiration you have to give a street performance, which I used to be able to do
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no perform scene option on my sims menu so I can't complete the aspiration.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to perform acting scenes through clicking on my sim and choosing the action on my sims menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've had my sims in the acting career multiple times, even just a few weeks ago everything was working fine. I initially thought that I had forgotten how to perform a scene so I looked it up, but it wasn't where it was supposed to be. Then I assumed it was mods so I removed all my mods and started the game up again. After re-opening the game nothing had changed. I tried repairing and updating my game in case either of those were the issue, but still nothing. So as a last resort I came here, please let me know if you have any ideas I can try. Thank you.
