Sim will start writing a book, but will not complete it

Every single time my sim writes a book he won't be able to finish. He sits at the desk and the little blue circle starts, and then the task never finishes no matter how long my sims sits at the desk. This has been happening for a couple months. I have made sure all my mods are updated and it's happened over several updates.

    No I didn't delete anything! I'm not sure why it deleted or why you can't see it.... Yes it works now when I moved my files out and tried it and then moved them back in and I deleted those extra files.

    Please test your issue on a vanilla game

    To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

    -  localthumbcache
    -  Any lastException Files
    -  Any LastCrash files.

    Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    There are issues with writing but they are all a bit different from what you are reporting.
