Sim won’t complete University

I’ve been playing with the same generational family for a while. Out of the 3 children 2 of them have completed University apart from the last one. The first sim graduated high school early and graduated university just fine. The second sim graduated high school normally and graduated university fine. The last sim graduated high school early just like the first sim but for some reason just won’t complete university? It keeps saying 11/12 classes completed even though I keep doing more. I did it in 4 classes per term as well so it should’ve been done in 3 weeks with 4 lessons per week (which I’ve done for 4 or 5 weeks) I’m not sure what the fix is, I don’t have any mods as I’m as PS4 user. I’d love to fix this ASAP so I can move my sims into separate households and not worry about my sim just not graduating. I’m having to keep my other sims entire family (new husband + 2 children)  living with her younger brother until he completes uni 😭😭😭 I don’t want to wait until her kids all age up too
