Removing Townies
I want to remove townies permanently and have only my Sims4 characters but every time I delete them the game keeps spawning more townies. It would be helpful if the game gives you an option to choose whether you want townies or make your own characters to fill a community in a world.
Magnitron Sadly, you can't do that without mods and even then, the game will continue to create the NPCs that it needs for certain things. I agree with you and wish we had an option to do that. I would rather see my sims wandering around rather than a bunch of poorly dressed NPCs. And to see my sims who are in careers used for things like bartenders and DJs rather than random NPCs. One thing I have found though, is when you have a lot of played sims and households, the game will use more of them for things like walkbys more often but not always by any means.
