Sim won't age up using birthday cake
I couldn't get my Sim to age up using the birthday cake. His wife baked the chocolate cake and put the candles on it, but the only option for him was to celebrate. When i played as his wife and both of his children, however, the age up actions were available. I couldn't figure out why. I read through all the forums and tried all of the answers i found, but with no success. I wanted to post this so that others can figure it out sooner if they are having the same problem. My guy had just returned from the UFO and Sims who are pregnant cannot age up. Looks like i'm going to have an alien child! So *that's* why he couldn't perform the age up actions using the birthday cake!!
