Sims 4 - Pre-order items not awarded

Hi all,

I pre-ordered the new expansion pack for Hobbies a few days ago and never received the 3 bonus items, and I keep getting ads in my sims 4 game to pre-order the new expansion pack still. I have not heard back from support. Can anyone advise me further? I have already repaired my game through the EA app. Thank you in advance!

    The pre-order items arrive when you have downloaded the pack. Until the pack is actually in your game, as far as the app knows you do not have it.

    Thank you so much for your response and the helpful information! I have not pre-ordered any of the packs before, so I was unsure how the rewards work. I really appreciate your help!

    As already stated, the bonus items will come when the EP is released, and you have installed it into your game. No worries.
