Hi, I am really hoping to get some help here... I haven’t met anyone that has had this happened to! When I download a house from online gallery and place it on a lot... when I load it it is missing ...

To be honest I don’t think it would be an cc issue, because it happens with every single house I download now. I have never had this issue before, it only started about 2 weeks ago. I really do love downloading house from online gallery and have been for years but never came across this issue☹️

Back to basic troubleshooting. ❤️
What system to you use to play?
Do you have mods or cc in your own game? As unlikely as it may seem the oddest thing can cause game issues.
If you have either please try removing (not disabling) mods / cc and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Right click on the game in Origin and choose repair.
Test the game to see if the walls are still missing on a new download.
