sims 4 body changes (sliders, hips, legs, etc) not saving after I edit them

I Do not have any mods but every time I edit the sims, either through manage household or in live, the body slider changes do not save, I csn change things like skin color, hair, clothes, and etc, bu...

I'm having the same issue. I go into CAS, make changes, it reverts back as soon as I leave. Only one Sim does this in my household, an adult fem Sim. No mods that change the body in any way.
