sims 4 cheats not working

How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. after getting expansion "get to work" I can't use pregnancy cheats I try every different ones... testingcheats true/enable and then i did "sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester1 ,2 ,3 InLabor" tried it all also tried making sim have twins (but didn't work either)
How is this making it more difficult? it just doesn't work and I don't know why?
How can we reproduce this experience? fix it?
