sims 4 community wont work

why cant i access the community downloads on the sims 4. i put the game in build mode and go to access the community's houses, other sims, rooms and it just is stuck on what i already have downloaded and will not let me access even my own profile to see what iv uploaded as well its like stuck in the weird state where i cant see anything and it wont let me click on other peoples profiles to access there content and it doesn't even show the comments as well to see what other people have said about the content, has anybody else have this problem or is it just me. it started happening after the last update . i thought these updates where suppose to fix the issues the game has not create more!!! HELP !
