Sims 4 continuous non-stop age up with one of my twin

Hi! So I recently downloaded and played this game, and it was running smooth for the first part of it until the first twin aged up. She was aged up correctly and nicely into a toddler whilst the lil twin brother continuously aging up from baby to toddler to teen to adulthood, like it was a NON-STOP of age up events. I tried restarting the app and not saving the age up, but every time I open it again, it will be stuck in that nightmare loop.

The left hand bar of actions was seen with 3 age up icons that I can't seem to delete or take it out of the action panel. It has no "X" mark in that age up icon so I can't get away from the loop. Is this a bug that thinks my sim is not yet aged up properly because they're twins(?) Or I dunno. Please help me! I want them to be raised in the same age...
