Sims 4 cool kitchen ice cream cones won't sell

So I just bought the newest stuff pack for the sims 4 and I heard that I could sell the ice cream cones if I had GTW. I do and I want to sell the ice cream cones but it won't let me put them for sale...

Yeah, it seems like it would be easier if there was an option in retail to place sims on ice cream/barista duties. Then pull off some real "Baskin Robbins 31 flavors/Starbucks" bizz! Programming-wise, it'd be a bit arduous but doable.

I moved this to general issues as feedback.

I'm guessing there was a reason why this was done this way.
