Sims 4 create a sim catalog issue
After most recent patch update some of my items in the create a sim catalog are half missing in picture. I did try to get a screen shot to attach but shot would only capture the sim not the clothing ...

unfortunatley yes they still do that and it's mostly actually game stuff I am having the issue with. don't know what to do besides uninstalling everything and reinstalling.
Try repairing the game.Then try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
