sims 4 discover university organization

Hi.  I've had a few issues since the last patch and have already noticed some have been reported.  The one I noticed today and didn't see involves sims joining an organization at Britchester and then after travelling or participating in a club event, having it appear as though they did not join the organization.  One sim joined the spirit squad only.  While it appears she's no longer in the organization, she will get "credit" for performing spirit activities only on that campus, but how it counts is uncertain.  She isn't given an option to join again.  The other sim had the same thing happen to her, again with the Spirit squad but also with the secret society.  That sim traveled to the rival campus and once there, it appeared she no longer belonged to either organization.  I do not have any mods, only the games (minus Vampires, Strangerville, and Moschino).  Thanks.
