I’ve just followed the other advice on this thread and can confirm that adding the community voting board to the lot you”re on works. The conversation option will only appear if the NPC is able to navigate to the board to cast a vote. The board is easy to find if you have TwistedMexi’s Better BuildBuy mod installed, I just searched for “voting” in BuildBuy and was able to find and place with no trouble, it does cost $325 to place though.
I just downloaded and activated BuildBuy Mod that you mentioned. However, I cannot find the Voting Board in the BuildBuy. Do I need to make adjustments in the filters?
In that case, I suggest you look in the Gallery. The same advice I gave 3 years ago, in post #9.
