Sims 4 element reward
This might sound stupid, but I can't find my reward for completing the elements collection. I got the notification and the display case was filled, but no reward. I checked everyone's inventory (and the household inventory). It wasn't there. I'm really frustrated because it took me forever to finish the collection. Again, I'm really sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm just wondering where it is.

do you mean the plague ? You usually get that in the mail. Did you check your mail box ?
