Sims 4: For Rent -Tenants didn't pay all the rent,Please help!

Question

I've set my daily rent to 240 simoleons per day but my tenants only paid 4 simoleons. I'm confused.

I've been trying to get to grips with this pack for a while. I've never had to research how to play it and troubleshoot a pack so much before!

@paganpoetry175 Is this with or without mods ?

There are reports for the tenants not paying at all but don't think anyone reported partial payment.
