@Redphun Hello, I hope I can help you somewhat resolve your issue!

NOTE : I don't work for EA, but I will provide as much help and info as possible 🙂

Try repairing your game. Next to The Sims 4 play button, there should be a manage button. Click on it and then choose repair. Hopefully this will fix your issue.
