Sims 4 friendship bar and chatting not working

Hi I'm not too sure what's happening with my sims 4 gameplay. My Sims friendship bar isnt working and my sims no longer chat to one another (with the options such as "talk about cooking" etc) its jus...

@opqwrt1, do you happen to have any Mods or Custom Content (CC)? 🤔  Outdated Mods and CC can cause problems in your game.
