Sims 4 Gallery Android App
Hi, idk where to post this, so I'll take a punt and hopefully an EA Guru will offer a solution/answer.
Since 5th Jan I cannot successfully sign into the Sims 4 Android App. It states the password and/or sign in details are incorrect. Thinking it may have been server error, Its now the 7th Jan and still can't successfully login to the app.
I understand the app is to be discontinued, when .... having searched this site, I'm none the wiser as to when support will stop. Has EA completely shut access for this app?
Thought it might be a temp server side issue, so reinstalled the app, restarted phone and attempted sign in with two different accounts and both times it states "either the email and/or password is wrong. Clearly both passwords and login details cannot be incorrect.
So, is that it ...… support has officially stopped for the Sims 4 Gallery App and this is the reason cannot login to view the sims 4 gallery?
On a side note, if this is indeed the end of the Android Sims 4 app, can someone link to the browser of the Sims 4 gallery/folks profiles/save items for later d/l.

We shut down the app and support for it back in, August 11, 2017, The Sims™ 4 Gallery – iOS, Android (Free-to-Play). Link to the site: https://www.ea.com/service-updates/r-z.For your question, we shut down the app and that is why you can't log in to it today.
