Hi, is anyone else having issues with their gallery crashing or not responding shortly after opening it? It could be due to one of my mods but I'm not sure, they should be up to date...
- @missxfire Patch 2.02 made my game unplayable. Before the Thursday patch/update, I did have similar issues on PS4, so obviously no mods were involved. Specifically, the game crashed after using the Gallery and/or Library in CAS Mode (from main menu Start New Game). It was the first time this console ever crashed in CAS. I am actively trying to restore the game. So far, CAS mode and the Gallery have not crashed since the Thursday patch, though LIVE Mode did (in Newcrest after clicking on a plant).
I have been having this issue on my PC for several weeks now, and I'm at my wits end, because I feel like I have tried every solution I can possibly find or think of. I took all my mods and CCs out, moved my tray folder to my desktop, ran a game repair, ran a command to detect and repair corrupt files, turned off my VPN and firewalls, deleted my cache, made sure my PC was up to date and restarted it. I can play the game just fine. But if I try to access the gallery, it's guaranteed to freeze. What am I supposed to do? I'm not talented enough to build my own homes!
