sims 4 Gallery ID Name Change

Hello 

My name has changed (got married) and I was wanting to change my Sims 4 Gallery ID name as I created that username years ago. I was able to change my EA ID and thought this would automatically change my Gallery ID however it didn't. 

I spoke to EA Chat and unfortunately it cannot be changed!

I really feel this is something EA should fix especially if you created the account many years ago!

If anyone has anyway to change this or EA comes out with an update to fix this issue, please let me know!

    Hey there @Sophyreilly 

    Your Gallery ID is the same as your EA ID on your account- if you change your EA ID, that will update your ID in the Gallery as well.

    Did you just recently change your EA ID? Sometimes these changes take a bit to reflect in the Gallery as well.

    Hello @Sophyreilly 

    I also changed my EA ID name, to reflect my Sims forums name, and it took a day for the updated name to appear on the Gallery. It may be the same with you.
