Sims 4 gallery not working and crashing my game

Whenever I go into the gallery, not only does it take forever to load, but it also tells me to sign back in. When I do close the game though it doesn't make me sign in again at all. I've tried re-opening the game over and kver again and it is still broken.

Yes, I have cleared my tray and my cache. It didn't work still.
