Sims 4 game is still broken and patch update

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a young adult female sim have an infant and try to put the infant into a highchair to try finger foods and or pick up the infant to bottle or breast feed. other one is to put an infant on the floor and try to have a young adult sim clean up dishes, And or have a sim make waffles or pizza.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to put the infant in the highchair the young adult sim will glitch into a multiple quick t-poses and cancel out the action, and when they do put the infant in the highchair, they pop back onto the floor as well the infants will not finish eating and just fuss. When laying on their back will disappear through the floor, crawl a little and pass out. They won't pick up the infants. When trying to pick the baby up to breast for bottle feed they will walk up to the baby and cancel out the action and walk away. When using the waffle maker or pizza maker will catch on fire or cook it and empty pates everywhere and not eat or not cook it and set it aside, they won't clean up and leave dirty plates everywhere including the nanny.
What do you expect to see? I expect the infants to be able to be pick up and put and stay into the high chair so they can full eat or be picked up to be breast for bottle fed, I expect the adult sims to stop glitching when picking up items including dirty dishes and wash them, I also would like my sims to fully cook and eat the meal they prepared and not to have the waffle or pizza maker to catch on fire. I would expect my infants to not disappear through the floor when laying on it back.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The issue appeared when the jewelry pack came out and its update patch. The change I made I took the mods and custom content out and the problem was still there.
As well the jobs keep getting deleted and no promotions..
