Sims 4 game wont let me type in cheats

Hey, I accidentally pressed a button or two on my keyboard and now my sims 4 game won’t let me type any cheats. Anytime I press ctrl+shift+c the cheat bar wont pop up and in build mode where you can search an item it won’t let me type anything. I use the sims 3 camera setting and when you right click you can move the screen around and now it won’t let me. I’ve tried resetting my settings and repaired the game in origin but nothing will work. Any suggestions?
