Sims 4 Growing Together Missing Club

I bought the Sims 4 Growing Together expansion pack and all of the items and add-ons from it show up, except the clubs. The button to create and access clubs is missing from my game. I know where the club button is supposed to be located and I've restarted the game and re-installed the game but it still won't show up. I'm lost, I don't know what to do to fix it. Can someone help?

    @spazoidspam Do you have other packs that give groups ? University ? Werewolves ? Clubs are a sub-tab there.

    If that's not it, could you try a game repair and if that doesn't help, post a picture of your GUI in the lower right corner ?
