Sims 4 house builds suck

Sims is a great game with great devs but they suck at building houses.

Sims should hire youtubers/players to build houses etc in every area of a map. Sims is great at making a map but they suck at making a house.

Ex. A map has 3 areas,
Area 1=Deligracy
Area 2=lilsimsie
Area 3=Turner
But sims can hire other youtubers/players example, 3 different players/youtubers per map to improve the game and the looks of every neighborhood. The games will be more interactive that normal people can contribute to the game. Some generic houses or stock houses in the games doesn't really look that good.

    What exactly don't you like about the pre-builds? Sounds like you'd like a community expansion more than a simple theme change

    @breakage02(and @TTZ_Dipsy ), it is my understanding that Maxis has to limit their items in a build (which is why many of their larger houses are empty) in order that all players can properly load and play the house.  Those with better computers can then decorate or remodel the houses to their liking! 🥳
    I also think they purposely make at least one house bad so builders can have fun renovating them!  I think I even heard LilSimsie or someone say that they heard that one of the Sim Gurus stated they made one of the houses in ROM a poor design in order to see LilSimsie's reaction. 👿😃  She is an EA Gamechnager, so they know what kind of content she has on her YouTube channel, as well as what she likes and dislikes. 😇

    But not all of their builds are bad.  Take the Eco Lifestyle EP... 2 of the houses in Emerald Bay are really good builds!🙌  That would be the Sterling-Rico house and the Greenburg house.  Those are some great designs! ❤️  The Tinker house, on the other hand feels very empty and the Harris house is just OK.  I wouldn't expect the apartments to be anything special since they aren't luxury apartments and most real life apartments are quite boring until you move in and decorate them yourself.😉
