Sims 4 I don’t have (give residence key) option

So please help I don’t get this option even though I have a high friendship level with other sim and I did invite them but didn’t get the option still

@Ranasib45f Do you have get famous ? That feature came with that pack.

I have city living.

    @Ranasib45f City living only allows apartment keys. The residential ones came with Get Famous.
