You could try the delete object cheat. See -> https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-and-Mod-CC-Issues/How-to-get-rid-of-an-object-you-can-t-interact-with-in-live-or/m-p/8771997

instead of resetting the object there should be a destroy object option

@Brookelynn_trs92 if you have Realm of Magic you can incinerate it with the Inferniate spell from a Spellcaster.
