No, sadly it's a different license so you need to rebuy it for console/PC.

I would suggest picking your preferred device and going on with buying pack for that.

Or getting your packs in sale of course.

Aw, that's a shame :/ thanks for letting me know, I will just get the packs in Xbox since I can always get cc on pc. Thanks for the help!
