sims 4 not launching

hello all! my sims just started tweaking out of no where and its pissing me off. i cant even get into the game because this is all it does. i tried restarting my laptop, clearing the cache, deleting mods, and repairing the game but nothing worked 😢 could someone please help me?

    @Bxnzamania  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  And did you delete or remove all mods and custom content, or just some?  Please test with no mods or cc if you haven't already; you don't need to save your progress.
