Sims 4 Paranormal Cheat MISTAKE

hello, it’s me. The NOOB. please help! I am freaking out!  I used a cheat to turn into a ghost not really looking at the cheat... it was this one  traits.equip_trait trait_Ghost_SeanceTable  ...
