You can download that house from the Online Gallery if you like. It is currently featured on the main menu. Any house with the lot type Haunted Residential will work.
It takes two days for Guidry to appear he does so at 9 PM and you must be at home. No specters will appear and the helping hand will not work before that visit. The Seance table however will work regardless so you can get Medium skills.
- @jpkarlsen Okay thanks. But I am also not getting the “welcome” menu pop up when moving into a haunted residential lot asking about living in it with the “what am I doing here” & “i can handle this” options for the hauntings to even start
You already got it once you will not get it again. As I already wrote you must wait for Guidry.
In my game there is no lot type for a haunted residential. How can I fix this?
You will need to buy the Paranormal stuff pack for this.
