Sims 4 PC - game failed to load error code - 109:7a09f391:6cf54f46

Since completing the update 25th October 2024 I have had issues loading into lots. This happens when moving between lots for dates or even jobs, as well as loading into lots from Manage worlds, it's come up with a pop up in manage worlds saying The Game Failed to Load and error code 109:7a09f391:6cf54f46 and says I should relaunch the game. Which I have done money times.

I have searched this code and haven't found anyone else with the same error.

    Anyone with the same problem with sims 4?

    Game Failed to Load and error code 109:7a09f391:6cf54f46 relaunch the game - i have relaunched the game several times, and no avail - Please help

    Sorry I should have mentioned in my original post, I don't use any mods or cc, never have.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

    Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
