sims 4 problem after new fix. Error code: 111:3e04ffdc:5530fe85

ERROR CODE:  111:3e04ffdc: 5530fe85

Game: Sims 4

Relaunched multiply times. Repaired multiple times. Cleaned cache multiple times. Removed Mods and CC folder and delete Tray folder, then tried playing the game and ran into the same problem with or without the Mods and CC folder. I must say, while relaunching, repairing, and cleaning cache the game would crash. However, once the game is on MY HOME, I am able to select the last character played and load to the RESIDENTIAL WORLDS, which I can click the 'okay tab under the error code message and x out of the last action during the game play (child taken away due to neglect). Once I select a world, I can then EDIT ONLY. The game won't launch into live mode for me to actually play with sims 4 characters. This problem came with the NEW FIX 1/16/2024. Please fix problem. gameplay issue

    hi..

    i cannot play the game, because The game failed to load. Error Code: 111:3e04ffdc:5b1fbce

    i already delete all mods and tray at my folder, but still didnt work.. the error code always pop up when i chose the household

    could you please help me to resolve this issue?

    @jaykaye01 111 is often caused by corrupt items/plates on your lot.

    Does it just affect one lot ?

    If so, enter the lot in build mode and delete any empty plates you find on the lot. If you can't delete them, drop them on a counter and delete the counter.

    Error code 111:3e04ffdc:5530fe85 shows whenever I try to load into my sim's household. I looked up the error code and it says that it's because of CC or mods but I don't use them. How do I fix this because I've redownloaded the game, repaired it, and relaunched it.
