Sims 4 roommates too picky

I want to talk about something you don't mention above: Sims 4 roommates
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Roommates are being unneccersarily picky about everything, I have given them everything they need to live.
How is this making it more difficult? I keep having to get new roommates since they always leave.
How can we reproduce this experience? I'm not sure, I just had 2 roommates on a residential lot. and they both complained over stuff that made no sense.
