Sims 4 selvadorada giant doors

So I am having the issue of giant door blockades. I accidentally made a door in the jungle as the head of my sim and when reset it creates giant doors that block your paths so I cannot get past them or around them even if there looks like a way and I can’t explore new areas when it’s I front of a place I can clear. Help? It’s on Xbox one and no mods

    Which language are you playing the game in? English
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What is your current game version number? 1.32.85.2300
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pets, seasons, jungle adventure, laundry pack
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set the arch/gate/doors in the jungle to the head of the sim by clicking a and b at the same time then click reset object
    What happens when the bug occurs? There will be giant door blockades in front of other actual doors preventing you from going around or teleporting behind to the actual door. Doesn’t matter whether the door is clearable or not
    What do you expect to see? No more giant door blockades or at least a way to remove them
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I don’t have any additional information.

  • thanks but that doesn't do anything, it stays between vacations and between different households

    @ninjamoink22 If you can not go into build mode or use an enablefreebuild cheat in the area and delete the object, there's nothing to be done. Reload to a previous save before you used the cheat.

    @ninjamoink22

    In addition to what @PoptartJuniper said, if you do not have an earlier save that you can fall back on, there is another way to salvage most of your game progress.  But it does take a bit of work.  I know this works on a PC version of the game as I have done it and I think it will also work for consoles.

    You can save your households and any lots you have built to your library.  Then start a new game and load the households and lots back into the new save.  You'll lose all the relationships outside of each household for sure and whatever is in their inventories.  And any collectibles that are stored in containers will disappear but there is a way around that.  Before you save the lot, lay the collectibles in the containers out on the floor and they will save with the lot.  You'll have to put them in a sim's inventory to get them to register in the collections again though.  Your sims will keep their traits and skills and I think, their job (might be wrong on that). If you have been playing any of the premades, then you might want to delete the ones in the new save that you have played before importing in your sims so you don't have duplicates running around.

    Hope this helps.

    ive tried going to previous saves, but in xbox it saves regardless of whether you save it or not. I can click exit without save and go back in and its already saved, theres not a way I know how to go back to previous saves and now its been played long enough with the issues which it probably doesnt exist anymore.

    @ninjamoink22 You must choose "load game" at the launch screen and not just press the play arrow. If you press the play arrow, the game loads the last auto save and not your last actual save.
