No. I don't know where that is. All I know is that I only started having this issue after the update, after I refreshed my drive and after I installed the new pool items kit. I feel like this should have been a simple fix, but it's not.
I have reinstalled the Sims 4 and packs multiple times and still the textures are missing.

I think the EA app issue needs to be solved first so best if you post there about the EA app error.
