I just completed three discovery challenges but I didn't get the rewards

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
- What scenario are you playing with these ? Do they complete if you don't play a scenario at the same time ?
