sims 4 windenburg not there

I just downloaded 'Get Together' last night and Windenburg is not appearing at all. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled and redownloaded the game and all the packs I have, and even repaired the game after seeing that Windenburg was still not there after reinstalling. Yet it is still not appearing. I've already gone through with getting the game set up through EA as opposed to Origin, but I don't know what's wrong.

All my other packs have downloaded, even the free little 'Blooming Rooms Kit' that EA was offering, which I downloaded AFTER 'Get Together'. I don't know how I can fix this, if I can at all.
