Sims 4 won't run error code: 102:f619514f:7b078066 since latest update

I have been getting this error ever since the latest game update. Message reads:

The game failed to load. Error code: 102:f619514f:7b078066. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.

I have relaunched with the same error. I have run a repair and still I get this. I can see the worlds but cannot access my characters at all.

I don't want to lose all that I have done with them to this point.

gameplay issue

    It is with mods. I moved them out to see if it would work and saved the new config file. I returned them to the game after it seemed to work and found an update that was not mentioned anywhere was needed for general play.
