Sims are constantly firing firework

In every neighborhood, they constantly set off cannons and fireworks, several of the buildings have already burned down, everything is burned, the game is almost unplayable, because when I play for a rented house and someone somewhere sets off a cannon and a fire breaks out, my Sims wake up and run across the entire lot to the fire, I don't know what to do with it!
