Sims are dazed

I keep having sims that I'm interacting with be dazed. It seems to be happening much more often than it used to. It is a celeb sim, but she has a relationship with them. However, when he is dazed he turns down romantic WooHoo. Not sure if they are dazed because she is a celeb, or it's a bug.
