Sims are having gray underwear on under the mosaic when they should be nude

My Sim is wearing gray underwear under the blurred out mosaic when it should be his skin tone to give the appearance he’s naked it’s very immersion breaking because I want skinny dip and I can’t because it looks bad I wanna woo hoo but it looks like they’re wearing underwear. Please fix this. Thank you. Anyone else having this trouble.
