Sims can´t use fertilizer
Hi there,
i have installed several expansion packs including gree house stuff and cottage life. I have installed Mcc
I play different house holds and this problem is occuring in all households.
My sims has enough garden experience (level 10) and I bought fertilizer on the market, however I can´t use it.
If i click either on a gardening box in the green house or outside, or a field outside, I only get the option to fertilise with an apple for instance.
I can never choose the fertilzier i have bought.
Do you know of this problem?

The special fertilizers that came with Cottage Living only work with the oversized crops that also came with Cottage Living. You get these by buying and planting oversized crop seeds.
Oversized crops cannot be replanted from their harvest, only from their special seeds, and they will be affected differently by the different fertilizers. Depending on how your Sim cares for them and what fertilizers you use, you may end up with 4 small, 2 medium, or 1 large harvestable. If you’re planning on cooking/canning with the result, 4 small will give you the most return for the cost of planting, but if you want to enter it in the fair you should be aiming for 1 large.Normal / base game style gardening, unlike Cottage Living’s crops, will use the same item as both the seed and the harvestable, and can be fertilized with other base game style harvestables, fish, or pet poop.
