Sims cannot complete making a drink at a bar - drink is never produced

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Snowy Escape, Journey to Battu and Eco Lifestyle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Queue up a Sim to make a drink at a bar
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim goes through most of the actions of making the drink, but about when it’s time to pour the drink into the glass, the shaker vanishes out of their hand and no drink is ever actually produced. (I’ve checked their inventories to be sure it didn’t glitch the drink into there, but the drink isn’t there.)
What do you expect to see? The Sim to complete the actions of making a drink and actually produce a drink.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I’ve tried different Sims within the same household and none of them can complete making the drink. I also went into a different household and tested it and that Sim was also unable to complete making a drink. This is an issue for my Vampire Sim who can now no longer produce any of the vampire drinks, Ike the Sunlight Reversal Cocktail, etc., and it will likely be an issue for any Sim pursuing the Culinary/Mixology career.
