    I found out what was going on. Turns out she hadn’t yet reached her fifth promotion in the freelance career. She was at level 5 but I guess that differs from the career. I did a quick cheat to make sure it worked after the fifth promotion and it did

@LadyCocoa12 What kind of Sim are you playing ? Vampire ? Normal ? Other kind of Occult ?

Also I didn't have much time to try this so is this a certain gig you got ? Do you remember what it was called ?

Could you please also check on your version number. The one you posted looks like a console version number.

You can check at the bottom of the screen on the main menu. The current one should be 1.54.120
