Sims can't learn skills from books
Hi there,
I'm pointing the reappearance of an old bug: Despite trying to learn new skills from a skill book, it is not registered as a form of learning that skill.
To name an example, my sim being skilled at level 9 in Rock Climbing, has made an attempt to learn from the book: «Rock Climbing Vol 3: Looking Down On Everyone», and she is unable to make the slightest improvement in her skill level.

@psusenas Some of the skills can't be learned all the way by just reading a book.
They won't go past a certain level. You need to actually do it to get the rest.
