Sims can't walk through doors

Umm.....I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue, but my Sims can no longer walk through doors. I have no mods or custom content. I have tried repairing the game, starting a new game, and looking at old save files, but the problem persists. What else can I do?

• Does your Sim have a neighbor tag (there's a bug with that)
• If not: Is your Sim pregnant or rather large ?

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• has your Sim turned into their neighbor (tag)
• Is the Sim pregnant or large ?

I never use mods and have none installed.
I'm using a Mac
No they haven't turned into their neighbor.
No the sim is not pregnant or large.

It's happened to regular average size young adult sims as well as a child where they enter a room and can't leave because they act like there's no door when the door is right there and looks just fine. I have to re-place the doors in the houses each game day so the sims recognize them and can walk through. It's happened in 2 different houses with 3 different sims.

I'm clicking outside the door and she keeps waving like she can't walk through it until I go into build mode, click the door, instantly re-place it and go back to live mode.

Also, it's any door. Not just that one.

took a look and I'm only having issues with this particular door ? Is that what you're seeing to or also with others.

If I move the door over like this it works fine for me.

EDIT: Yeah, it seems to be the plant. If I move it so that it snaps to the grid, I have no more issues using that door.

It's other doors as well. The bathroom and the kitchen and she seems to avoid the front door and only go in the back door. It can take a day or 2. Also, if she's in the kitchen and I click on something in the bathroom for her to go in there, she'll walk into her bedroom up to the wall shared with the bathroom and then wave her arm like she wants to walk through it but can't. Then I make her walk into the living room and then click on something in the bathroom and she waves her arm. 

Does it work for you too when you remove the plant for that particular door ? Maybe there's other stuff that's placed with alt or moo that's causing issues. 

I am having issues with my Sims not walking through any doors. None of the doors are locked; the Sims just keep pointing out that they can't walk there. I have no CC or mods, and this has just started happening. I have tried my other save files, and the same thing is happening. 

Is anyone else having this issue? What else can I do to fix this. 

No, they don't have the tag. My Sims are not pregnant or large. All doors were working fine, and then suddenly they would not walk through them. 

Just wondering, are these builds from the gallery or were the doors possibly placed with the bb.moveobjects cheat?

there's currently two issues that can cause this.

Do none of your Sims walk through doors or just specific ones ? Do any have any neighbor tags ?
