Sims can't/won't move at all

I have no idea how this happened.

Both of my Sims are completely stuck and won't/can't move. I've reset them multiple times, restarted the game, went in and out of build mode, etc., but they're still stuck. They're still responsive--they were talking to each other and playing games on their phones, just... stuck.

I know bb.moveobjects can't move Sims in TS4--is there another way I can get them out of there?
